Psychotherapy
I am a licensed clinical social worker and academic researcher dedicated to the mental health of adults and older adults. I earned my MSW from Washington University in St. Louis and my PhD in Social Work from The Ohio State University. I focus on evidence-based practices while providing psychotherapy to connect with clients personally. I specialize in anxiety, depression, and family conflict, creating a culturally attuned environment where individuals from diverse backgrounds feel understood.

My therapeutic approach emphasizes multicultural and culturally sensitive practices. I integrate evidence-based methods, such as cognitive behavioral therapy and solution-focused brief therapy, to support individuals from diverse backgrounds. Additionally, my training in Alzheimer's disease and dementia care allows me to compassionately assist individuals living with dementia and their family caregivers.

Clients can expect to find a safe and inclusive space to explore their unique experiences and challenges. If you're ready to embark on a transformative journey toward healing and self-discovery, I encourage you to reach out. I offer online counseling for accessibility and convenience, with in-person therapy available in Grapevine, TX. Feel free to contact me for more information.
